Put your own Lo in the Buff

Well you sure didn't have them so they could NOT work.  Fire up the tube, get a little you time.  They can figure it out.  They can put on a bandaid.  This stuff isn't rocket science here.  What's for dinner? well you tell me precious.  Whatever I'm not cooking sounds great.  Crockpot Buffalo chicken lettuce wraps, BAMMM!  SkinnyMS Mexican rice, BAMM BAMM.  The Buffalo chicken lettuce wraps
are a new standard in easy.  No they are not buffalo wings from Zaxby's but with the 147 something calories they have in each serving, who cares?  The recipe calls for a whole chicken but I replaced it with your standard actually in the freezer bag of industrial chicken breasts.
So you take all this stuff.  Set your favorite zombie to choppin and shredding. Might ought to mention, while zombies likes the brains.  They might do a bit better if you spend sometime in the store considering all your hot sauce options, and go with something on the milder side than the obligatory greatest ever on everything from cornflakes to ramen noodles Louisiana hot sauce.

And you end up with....  Yeah we were hungry and forgot the pic of ours. (And zombies don't work this hard on presentation)

Sure Ed, that's great but shouldn't we have a side order to go with that.  Well skinnyMS, (got me first time I seen the sight.  I think it might be skinny miss) suggests skinny mexican rice.  I suspended my claims that I was trying to recreate the Beuno rice recipe.  But this one probably did come closer than anything to date.

Now obviously this work will be too delicate for zombies, so find someone who will be at the head of the pantheon as soon as the international heroic committee (IHC) decides to recognize picky eating as an official super power.

Some things they don't tell you.  Brown rice sucks.  First apparently it takes like an hour to cook.  You're gonna get some complaints bout that, I can't help ya there, you're on your own, don't show fear.  Second once you cook it, it is still crunchy!  Did they not teach the definition of "getting cooked" in brown rice school?  What in gods name is that all about.  It tasted good, sure.  But this boy was raised from recipes that involved quite a bit of "cream of..." and nothing but white rice.  My suggestion is modify the recipe for the appropriate amount of liquid and white rice.  Also the non stick skillet and pam should let you pare back the olive oil too.  Oh, and it has cilantro in it so squeeze a few drops of lime juice in there toward the end.

Analysis, weigh in is 179.  Ring won't come off, and that is usually, maybe two pounds of too much salt, so we might actually be 177 apples to apples. (It was one 178 yesterday.)  Long short, it'll be tomorrow before I know if we did good with this meal.  It was too hectic to scan everything into calorie counter.

If ya try the recipe be careful bloggin bout it.  Pic hunt will net you a greenleaf smile that believed things untrue of you.  Kept smiling till they were.  But didn't notice.  It will stone cold destroy all the peace this madness created.  Tell your brain to shut up.  Be tomorrow on that one too.
